jettbaj may at any time request a National ID (NID), passport or other valid documents to verify a user's identity. If the required documents for verification are not provided, jettbaj reserves the right to suspend or close the account. This process is carried out to ensure the safety and integrity of the platform.
Account Registration and Security
When opening an account with jettbaj, you must provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information. Providing false or misleading information may result in the immediate closure of the account and forfeiture of all account balances.
Password and Login Security
It is your responsibility to keep your account login details (username and password) completely confidential. Do not share this information with anyone. You are responsible for all activity carried out from your account. If you suspect any unauthorized access, contact our 24/7 live chat support immediately.
Account Closure
A user may request to close their account at any time. jettbaj reserves the right to suspend or close an account without notice in the following circumstances:
- A breach of these terms and conditions.
- Evidence of fraudulent activity or abuse is found.
- The account has been inactive for an extended period.
- Legal obligations or regulatory requirements need to be met.
Deposit and Withdrawal Terms
The following payment methods may be used to deposit and withdraw funds on jettbaj: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer.
Minimum Limits
- Minimum deposit amount: ৳500 per method.
- Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500.
- Withdrawal processing time: Generally completed within 1 hour.
Deposit Terms
Funds may only be deposited to jettbaj from a payment account registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are strictly prohibited. If this rule is violated, the account may be closed without returning the deposited funds.
Withdrawal Terms
Identity verification with jettbaj must be completed before a withdrawal request can be processed. Funds will only be returned to the same payment method used for the original deposit. Funds related to any bonus cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirements for that bonus have been met.
Currency and Taxes
jettbaj processes transactions in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ / BDT). If any tax is payable under local tax law, the responsibility for that tax lies entirely with the user.
Bonuses and Promotional Offers
jettbaj offers various types of bonuses and promotional offers. Each offer has its own specific terms stated on the offer details page. General bonus terms are described below:
Welcome Bonus
jettbaj gives a 150% bonus on the first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. For example, depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,500 bonus for a total balance of ৳2,500. Or depositing ৳28,000 gives the maximum ৳20,000 bonus for a total balance of ৳48,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 10 times.
Wagering Requirements
Bonus funds must meet the set wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. For example, 10x wagering means you must place bets totalling 10 times the bonus amount. The period to complete wagering requirements may vary by offer, and any unused bonus will be cancelled at the end of the period.
General Bonus Rules
- Each user may not claim any single bonus offer more than once.
- If bonus abuse is detected through multiple accounts from the same household, device or IP address, both accounts may be closed.
- Bonuses apply to betting on the jettbaj platform only — they cannot be withdrawn directly.
- jettbaj reserves the right to change, suspend or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
- If an abnormal bonus is issued due to a technical error, jettbaj reserves the right to correct it.
Betting and Gaming Rules
The following rules apply to betting and playing games on jettbaj:
General Betting Rules
- Once a bet is confirmed it cannot be cancelled, unless a technical error is proven.
- All bets will be settled according to real-time odds and rules.
- If a game is incomplete due to a technical error or server issue, jettbaj reserves the right to void the bet and return the staked funds.
- jettbaj reserves the right to void the result of any bet placed by exploiting incorrectly displayed odds or system errors.
Sports Betting
Betting on cricket, football, kabaddi and other sports is governed by specific event-based rules. If a match is cancelled or abandoned, the related bet will be considered void and the staked amount will be returned.
Responsible Gaming

VIP Program and Cashback
jettbaj has 5 VIP tiers. Each tier offers a weekly cashback benefit. The tiers are listed below:
- Bronze: Up to 0.2% weekly cashback.
- Silver: Up to 0.4% weekly cashback.
- Gold: Up to 0.6% weekly cashback.
- Platinum: Up to 0.8% weekly cashback.
- Diamond: Up to 1.0% weekly cashback.
You can move up to higher tiers through regular and active play. Cashback is calculated each week and added to your account at a set time. A specific wagering requirement may need to be met before the cashback amount can be withdrawn. jettbaj reserves the right to change the VIP program terms at any time.
Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the jettbaj platform:
- Betting or playing games using automated software, bots or scripts.
- Exploiting vulnerabilities in the platform's system or games.
- Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financial transactions.
- Opening an account under a false identity or operating another person's account.
- Attempting to gain bonuses or benefits by creating multiple accounts.
- Threatening or harassing platform staff or other users.
- Any attempt to bypass the platform's security measures.
If any of the above activities are detected, jettbaj will immediately close the relevant account, forfeit all account balances and notify law enforcement authorities if necessary.

Limitation of Liability

- Unauthorized access to an account due to the user's own inadvertent disclosure of login details.
- Force majeure situations (natural disasters, war, government restrictions, etc.).

jettbaj will not be liable under any circumstances for indirect, incidental or special damages. jettbaj's maximum liability in any case will not exceed the amount used in that specific transaction.

How to Submit a Complaint
- Complaints must be submitted in writing, clearly and concisely.
- The account number, transaction date and amount must be stated.
- jettbaj will respond within a reasonable time after receiving the complaint.
- If both parties cannot agree on a resolution, the matter will be escalated to senior management.
Our goal is to resolve all disputes in a fair and transparent manner. In the case of betting-related disputes, jettbaj's server logs and records will be considered the final evidence.
Terms Amendment and Termination
jettbaj reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Amendments take effect from the date they are published on the website. For significant changes, we will attempt to notify registered users.
If any part of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining parts will remain in full effect. Any delay or failure to enforce any part of these terms shall not be considered a waiver of that right.
If a dispute arises regarding the interpretation or application of these terms, jettbaj's interpretation will be considered final, unless a legal authority directs otherwise.
